All items are usually shipped via airmail within 3 to 5 working days For custom orders, please allow 10 to 30 working days for your order to be processed. Studio Motane is not responsible for the delivery time by the supplier.
Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing.
Once an item has shipped Studio Motane is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Studio Motane is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, no refund, for this reason, will be made. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. Shipping times may vary according to the country of destination and local holidays.

All products are made by hand. Any irregularities are not considered a mistake but are part of the handmade look.
We do our best to photograph but colors can appear differently depending on the screen of your computer.
5. Return Policy
Please note, that all non- EU orders are final sale and not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery . If you are not satisfied with your purche, please first contact us.The returned product is received by Studio Motane within 14 days from the date of initial shipment. Returned items must be in the condition of sale and in original packaging.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns lost in shipping or damaged will not be refunded, so please pack your item carefully. Please include your name and order number within the packaging so we know who to refund. Refunds will be issued back onto the original method of payment.
Studio Motane is not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred when the package is returned to us.
